As Customer Service representatives we are the eyes and ears of the mall. As such, we are uniquely situated to observe the activities in the center.

If you suspect suspicious behaviors contact your Mall Security immediately. Provide them with as much detail as possible to include a description and an account of the odd behavior.

Mall Security will work with local authorities if deemed necessary.

Do not ignore suspicious indicators. It is better to proactively act and nothing be wrong than to say nothing.
